Harry's bar is famous for being the birthplace of the Bloody Mary and for being frequented by two of the greatest authors of the 20th century: Fitzgerald and Hemingway. This being the case, I had to stop in for a beer and to soak up a little bit of the atmosphere. The thought that I was sitting somewhere Hemingway may have sat was pretty cool, but that was drowned out by the ignorant comments of the mid-westerners sitting next to me. What considerate person shares their criticisms of Paris with a French bartender? Anyways, the beer was good.
